A transformative retreat followed by three months of online training. We get to know psyche-actives from traditional to modern aspects and learn the elements of an ideal experience.

We practiced practices that would enable us to establish deep connections with ourselves and others. We experienced expressing our limits and wishes, the concept of consent, and active communication in playful ways.

We represented Turkey at a gathering attended by 600 women from all over the world, led by 13 grandmothers. We joined the rituals that each of them carries from their own culture.

After spending 5 days doing yoga with our beloved Müge Özkan in our beach villa, we experienced the unique nature of Ubud and the lessons of world-famous instructors at the famous Yoga Barn.

A week of Ayahuasca and San Pedro ceremonies under the guidance of our shamans, followed by a journey in the magical Machu Picchu.
